We’re looking for a skilled, compassionate Physical Therapist to join our PRN team serving patients across Dallas County.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct thorough patient consultations — reviewing medical history, referrals, and listening closely to understand each patient’s unique condition and goals.
- Assess and diagnose movement dysfunction through observation and hands-on evaluation.
- Design individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and recovery trajectory.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and stretches that rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence.
- Track patient progress, adapt treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records in Kinnser EMR.
- Educate patients and families on at-home care strategies and realistic recovery expectations.
What You Bring
- Active Texas PT license.
- 1+ years of PT experience — home health experience strongly preferred.
- Current CPR certification and valid Texas driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.
- Warm communication style with patients, families, and referring providers.
Schedule & Territory
- PRN flexibility.
- Monday–Friday, serving patients across Dallas County.

At Arcy Hospice, the admissions nurse isn’t just a clinician — they’re the first human connection a patient and family make with our care team. It’s one of the most meaningful roles in hospice, and we’re looking for someone who understands that.
Arcy is a locally owned and operated hospice agency based in Flower Mound, TX, proudly serving patients across Collin, Dallas, Denton, Tarrant, and Cooke counties.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and assess potential patients to determine hospice eligibility — bringing both clinical precision and compassionate communication to every encounter.
- Guide patients and families through the admission process with clarity, warmth, and patience.
- Initiate individualized plans of care that set the tone for an exceptional hospice experience.
- Collaborate with clinical managers and the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless onboarding for every new patient.
- Handle limited on-call responsibilities as needed.
- Support additional administrative functions as assigned.
What You Bring
- Current, valid Texas RN license.
- Prior hospice or senior care experience — required.
- Deep understanding of hospice philosophy, eligibility criteria, and benefits.
- A natural ability to connect with patients and families in emotionally charged moments.
- Self-directed, dependable, and comfortable managing your day with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and adaptable — admissions don’t always follow a schedule.
- Excellent communication skills across patients, families, physicians, and care teams.
- Valid driver’s license, insured and reliable vehicle for patient visits across the DFW area.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Satisfactory background check and professional references.
