From first introduction with Amy to end of life, continuous care; bed side nurses and spiritual team. I relied heavily on the services of Ardent Hospice for my Dad and my Aunt. I was their primary caregiver and both passed less than two years apart. I had not ever dealt with hospice care. My primary concern was their comfort and for them to be treated with only respect during their most vulnerable time. What I didn’t realize was how caring the Ardent team would treat me, as well as my loved ones. Each staff member kept me well informed and communicated with me throughout the process. I felt very supported and heard regardless of my questions or concerns. Dru is a wonderful nurse to work with, and the chaplain offered a listening heart when I hardly had the words. I would highly recommend Ardent Hospice services and would not hesitate to contact them in the future.
