Welcoming our newest team members

Introducing the new Nurse Practitioner for Arcy Supportive Care and the new Clinical Manager for MaximaCare Home Health.

Arcy Healthcare would like to welcome the newest members of our team, Vincent Barry and Gurdish Sandhu-Kaler.

As Clinical Manager of MaximaCare Home Health, Vincent will oversee the team. With degrees from Fordham, Yale, and Columbia University in nursing, sociology, and theology, he represents a strong addition to the management team.  For over 20 years he has served in various roles – psychiatric nurse, clinical director and administrator.  He recognizes the issues facing our patients and their families.  He excels helping to navigate the complicated healthcare system and getting specific patient needs addressed, be they physical, emotional, or spiritual.  Vincent has recently relocated to Flower Mound, TX from the East Coast, and we welcome him to the community and to our team.

As Nurse Practitioner for Arcy Supportive Care, Gurdish will be the primary contact for patients in our palliative care division.  She has 16 years’ experience in healthcare, with nine as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  She is a native of north Texas.  Gurdish truly has a heart for the elderly and understands that compassion is an essential ingredient for good care.  She excels at providing information to her patients about their complex medical conditions. She feels that education is the key to compliance; well-informed patients have better outcomes.  We know she will do great things for our supportive care patients.

Welcome, Vincent and Gurdish to the Arcy Healthcare family.
